The opening of Bridleton marks the first Edward Andrews community launch since last month’s rebrand, establishing the interactive home buying experience that begins in the sales center and comes to life through the design and construction process.  Edward Andrews Homes introduces the Bridleton community with new signage and two model homes – the Collier and the Hamilton – with a sales center located in the Collier model home.

Through the Bridleton pre-sales program, Edward Andrews sales consultants are already working with 20 new homeowners to fulfill the brand promise of “Custom Homes. Reimagined.” by assisting with home site and floor plan selections. Edward Andrews Homes has 11 home sites available from the initial release and approximately 90 total remaining lots in Bridleton. Base home prices range from the high $300’s to $500’s.
