Our new VP of Construction is ready to help expand our communities of South Forsyth, North Fulton, East Cobb and West Cobb homes!
To keep up the pace with our expanding communities of South Forsyth, North Fulton, East Cobb and West Cobb homes, we are proud to announce that we have hired a new Vice President of Construction! Chip Perschino has joined the Edward Andrews Homes team and will oversee daily homebuilding operations, such as giving builders, suppliers and contractors clear and direct leadership.
Perschino is a qualified addition to the veteran team at Edward Andrews. He brings over 20 years of construction experience and has completed more than 2,000 projects for the group. Previously Perschino acquired 17 years of valuable experience with Atlanta’s own John Wieland Homes where he established trends and broke records. He also helped to establish the Quality Program, which led to number one ratings in JD Power Awards for three years running in Customer Satisfaction and Home Quality.
Like all members of the Edward Andrews Homes team, Perschino is customer-focused and will be helping us bring our custom homes to life at the buyer’s specifications. Whether that means stylistic changes or knocking down walls, Perschino will play a key role in making each home fit our customer’s expectations of quality at a price they didn’t expect.
