In light of the recent events and escalating concern surrounding the COVID-19 situation, Edward Andrews Homes is taking extra precaution for the health and safety of our team members, homeowners, customers and vendor partners.
- As of now, our corporate office has closed, but our team is working remotely to maintain business continuity.
- Our sales offices and model homes are open by appointment only and are operating under the highest sanitation practices. Our teams are still working full effort but encouraging virtual meetings where possible. We’re more than happy to conduct Facetime tours through models or to share any other sales information needed by phone, video or email.
- As of today, our construction sites remain open, but we are doing our part to maintain “social distancing” through modified scheduling and staffing.
- We are in constant communication with our vendor partners regarding their response to COVID-19 and will be providing updates with respect to warranty service requests directly to our homeowners.
The safety of our staff, customers, trades and partners is our number one priority. We are diligently monitoring the situation and will provide further updates as they become available. We thank you for your understanding and wish you and your loved ones health and safety in this uncertain time.
