The March grand opening event at Lake Haven of Crabapple enjoyed a huge turnout, with buyers and industry professionals eager to see our newest model with design finishes by Mary Mac, of Mary Mac & Company, as well as our two additional showcase homes. Milton Mayor, Joe Lockwood, even came by to help us cut the ribbon at the new community and welcome new homebuyers to our destination community on the water’s edge!
Event attendees included 90 guests and 70 agents who were the first to see our original designs in this Milton new homes community of 61 homesites. The week following the event, two homes were sold to guests who were wowed by the fresh, luxurious home designs and high-quality and environmentally-friendly construction.
Now that the community is fully open, you can stop by any time to see the model home and explore the many options around the 10-acre lake.
