-Achievement sets company record for greatest number of OBIE wins in a single year-

The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association Sales and Marketing Council presented Edward Andrews Homes with eight awards – six Gold and two Silver – at the 34th Annual OBIE Awards ceremony held on Nov. 8, setting a company personal record for the greatest number of OBIE wins since Edward Andrews’ inception in 2007. The OBIEs, which are the top awards given to members of Atlanta’s home building industry, recognize outstanding achievement in more than 100 home building, marketing, remodeling and personal achievement categories.
“This year has been a special one for Edward Andrews Homes, and our achievements at the 2014 OBIE Awards demonstrate the significant impact our company is having on Atlanta’s home building market,” said Edward Andrews CEO Paul Corley. “I couldn’t be more proud of what our team has accomplished, and knowing what we have in store for 2015, I’m already looking forward to next year’s OBIEs with anticipation.”
Edward Andrews Homes took home six Gold OBIEs in the following categories:
Single Family Builder – Detached Model
Madison Model at Lake Haven of Crabapple in North Fulton County – This spectacular model features a beautiful study as well as a living room that opens to expansive windows overlooking the outdoor living space beyond, equipped with an entertainment area and fire pit. Inside, there is a cozy kitchen and breakfast nook, full basement and a convenient master on main.
Orchid Model at Seven Hills in Paulding County – This five-bedroom, three-bath model makes the most of its 3,341 square feet – connecting the kitchen to the family room for relaxing together and offering a living room in the front of the home for the perfect entertaining space.
Best Interior Merchandising – Detached Model
Collier Model at Bridleton in South Forsyth County – Illustrating an elegant yet family-friendly atmosphere, this model marries comfort with high-end details. In addition to its Gold Awards, Edward Andrews Homes received two Silver OBIEs:
Best Model Home/Sales Office

Best Website – Builder/Developer
eahomes.com – Just as Edward Andrews Homes has transformed a typical custom home building process that is complicated, costly and unpredictable into a home building experience that is simplified and managed every step of the way, so too has its digital presence evolved. Eahomes.com immediately draws in visitors and inspires them to enrich their lifestyle through enticing imagery and emotional appeal, layered with useful and actionable information. For many potential buyers, the website serves as the first touch point with the Edward Andrews brand; however, the company’s digital presence remains extremely relevant throughout the design experience as various technologies are used to shape the structure and style of the home.
Edward Andrews’ Influence
“Edward Andrews’ strong showing at the 2014 OBIE Awards is a testament to the company’s growing influence in Atlanta’s building industry,” said Greater Atlanta HBA Executive Vice President David Ellis. “As evidenced by the array of categories it won, Edward Andrews impressed the OBIE judges from both a building and marketing perspective.”
