This year was a huge success for Edward Andrews Homes. With positive customer feedback, high sales and industry recognition, 2013 provided proof that the Atlanta real estate market was making its comeback.

Just before the end of 2013, we achieved a company milestone of selling our 100th home. The home was sold to a family who recently relocated from Pennsylvania to metropolitan Atlanta’s Milton area, where they bought the Long Leaf plan in our Lake Haven of Crabapple community. At year’s end, we’ve sold 104 homes and are on track for increases next year.

We also won three OBIE awards at the 33rd annual OBIE Awards in November, presented by the Sales and Marketing Council of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. Awards were won for our interior merchandising and building design.

In August, we were named one of the Top 20 Home Builders in Atlanta by The Atlanta Business Chronicle. The publication’s Home Quarterly conducted a study of the number of homes closed in 2012, and we made the list.

In addition to these achievements, we are thrilled to have continued building beneficial relationship with our homeowners over the entire year. Our GuildQuality surveys, completed by our homeowners, brought positive feedback, across the board, of a positive experience from the first conversation with our sales agents, through the entire building process, to closing and living in their new Edward Andrews home.

We are looking forward to a successful 2014, with more communities coming to East Cobb, Roswell, Sandy Springs, South Gwinnett and Southeast Forsyth and many plans to continue toward our goal of becoming the leading builder partner for move-up buyers in Atlanta.

Stay tuned for more updates in 2014!
