-Program honors Top 25 Large Companies, Top 50 Midsize Companies and Top 75 Small Companies-
Edward Andrews Homes is excited to announce that we have garnered another accolade with our inclusion in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s Top Workplaces 2015 list. Edward Andrews ranked 35 out of the 75 small companies in Atlanta that received the honor, which was also given to 25 large companies and 50 midsize companies.
“At Edward Andrews, we are extremely committed to both our customers and our employees,” said Edward Andrews CEO Paul Corley. “We believe it is important that our employees feel appreciated and valued and that we’re giving them the tools to grow in their careers. Because the Top Workplaces list is determined through an employee evaluation of company practices, this honor reinforces the fact that we’re doing things right at Edward Andrews, and our entire company is thrilled to receive such recognition.”
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution surveyed 244 companies when compiling its Top Workplaces 2015 list, with approximately 50,000 employees completing the survey, which asked employees to evaluate 19 statements that described their experience at their employer. The statements focused on a variety of topics, including employee satisfaction, opportunities for professional growth, manager relationships and employee benefits.
Our survey results demonstrate that Edward Andrews employees have a strong connection to our company, with some of the highest scoring areas showing that employees feel appreciated and well compensated, have confidence in leadership and believe the company is going in the right direction.
Following its announcement of the Top Workplaces 2015 list, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution published a Top 150 Workplaces special section that appeared in the newspaper’s print edition on Sunday, March 22, 2015.
