Our 2012 OBIE award-winning Marseille community of Forsyth new homes has enjoyed a surge of popularity in the first quarter of 2013! Fourteen homes have sold this year through April 12th, and there seems to be no sign of stopping buyers’ desire for custom homes with large homesites, private backyards, great amenities and convenient location to schools and shopping. It’s keeping onsite agent Donnie Mayer busy working very hard to get buyers into personalized homes.
Thankfully, Donnie has been working in the new home industry since 1998 as a construction supervisor in single family custom homes, a real estate investor and a remodeling expert, so he knows his way around buyer needs and customizations. Donnie received his real estate license in 2008 and started selling homes for Edward Andrews Homes in 2011. Since then, he has won salesperson of the quarter for three different quarters and joined the Multi-Million Dollar Club with the Cobb Board of Realtors.
Donnie also understands the importance of a growing family, as he has been married for 14 years, and is father to two children and will soon be grandfather to two, as well. The wisdom gained in parenting has given him a holistic view of the needs of move up buyers, and gives our clients the time, attention and guidance that homebuyers need to find the home that is just right for them and their own families.
