Construction is moving along at Larkspur. We’re putting the final touches on our Ashland model and will be ready to welcome you for our First Look event (see below to RSVP). Check out the gorgeous front porch with rough-hewn cedar posts and the standing seam metal roof. See how the vertical/horizontal combination of the blank siding creates a very distinctive look inspired by the Texas Hill Country and Napa Valley. Larkspur has a distinctive style ideal for living life unwound.

The Ashland is just one of five incredible floor plans we will be offering. It’s 2,600+ sq. ft and features 3+ bedrooms and 2.5+ baths depending on how you make it your own.

Still under construction and working on the trim, but we had to share a peak inside the open kitchen and living room so you could see the unique finishes and attention to detail.
