The Ranch House & Pool: Inspired by a rambling Hill Country ranch, this community space is rustic on the outside and filled with fresh, modern interiors for today’s living. The Ranch House features a covered veranda overlooking the property, craft or workspace, an open kitchen, and plenty of room to simply sit back and relax. The resort-style pool has shaded seating and a zero-entry.
The Hearth: An outdoor fireplace, The Hearth promises to be a popular place to watch the stars come out at night.
Vegetable Hill: Stake your spot and put your green thumb to work. This community garden space is located on the west side of the property and will also host neighborhood events.
The Spur Trail & The Creek Loop: These walking trails wind through the property, featuring bird and bat houses, bird viewing areas and flora and fauna markers.
The Ponds: Follow the trails around the two natural ponds within the community and take a moment to enjoy the plants and wildlife.
