Through the final days of summer break, we hosted block parties for our residents at Marseille and Lake Haven of Crabapple. Marseille homeowners livened up the Camellia model on Saturday, July 26, and Lake Haven families celebrated at the Madison model home on Saturday, August 2.
Lake Haven Block Party
The Cumming and Milton communities enjoyed a catered lunch followed by a summertime favorite, King of Pops popsicles. Inflatable waterslides and games took over the spacious backyards for the kids to play, while parents socialized with friends, neighbors, and potential new homeowners.
We welcomed 80 people at these community events, and residents enjoyed sharing the experience with non-residents as well. Our referral program rewards homeowners for choosing their neighbors. If current residents have friends or family who might be interested in a new Edward Andrews home, they can download and fill out our referral card, and drop it at the community sales office. When the referral closes on their new Edward Andrews home, the referrer will receive a $500 gift card.
