We are thrilled to announce the opening of the Midwick onsite sales center on Sept 9, by appointment, and a special Founders Club event on Sept 6 for those who want to get a sneak peek at plans and pricing.

At our Founders Club event, all are welcome to stop by our Design Center for wine and cheese and to go over the Midwick floorplans, check out a site map, review introductory pricing and meet our agent, Steve Lee. Steve can show you how the Alpha Loop trail will run right through the back of the community and connect to both downtown Alpharetta and Avalon. He’ll also have the latest construction updates, design details – including exterior color palettes – which homes will be available first and complete pricing. If you’ve got questions, Steve will have answers. We’ll be scheduling our first appointments that night for the weekend of Sept 9. If you can’t make it to our Founders Club event, the sales center will be open full time at Thompson Street starting in late September.
