Attendees at the “Tour of the Tropics” event at Seven Hills had their passports stamped at each stop along the caravan tour.

Last Tuesday, June 10, real estate agents at Seven Hills experienced island lifestyle with a “Tour of the Tropics” event.

The Caribbean-themed caravan treated 50 guests to a grand tour of Seven Hills, beginning at the clubhouse where guest picked up their “passports,” and ending after five stops throughout the community. During each stop, guests’ passports were stamped to be entitled to cash prizes, and one lucky winner received a three-night stay in Key West.

Edward Andrews’ model home, The Orchid in the Starry Night neighborhood, was one of the featured stops of the tour, where guests learned more about the details and features of the floor plan while enjoying island-inspired food and music. Realtors also had the opportunity to enter a closing incentive program, exclusively for those who attended the event.

The Orchid, built by Edward Andrews Homes, was a standout with its spacious floor plan and expertly-crafted design details.

In addition to the home tour, guests enjoyed the island sounds of steel drums and were treated to tropical punch and light snacks including mango salsa, and chicken, pineapple and pepper kabobs from Triple J’s in Marietta, Ga.
