When it came time to design The Swift, our Edward Andrews architects knew that it had to be something special that would seamlessly blend with its surroundings. The Swift had to be just right for its future BeltLine location and the modern lifestyle.

Inspired by nearby neighborhoods, the wonderful and eclectic Grant Park, and the national trend of borrowing elements of industrial design, the team set out to create a community that would draw on the roots of the area, but bring in a totally new energy. The Swift fights sameness with a modern Victorian color palette, bold use of metal accents, cross-wired fencing, cantilevered porches, and a variety of thoughtful elevations. You’ll see inspired outdoor spaces, areas designed to create community and plenty of small details that create a unique feeling.

With sustainable landscaping, friendly lanes and sidewalks, and bike racks scattered throughout the community, The Swift also invites people to get outside and take in some nature. It’s a great place from which to discover all that The BeltLine will have to offer, and the ideal spot to call home.
