Now that we are on the tail end of February, and Spring is right around the corner, your yard might need a little TLC. Here are a few tips to transform your yard into the perfect springtime setting:
Spring cleaning– Maintaining your yard year-round can be time-consuming but, with a little elbow grease, your landscape will look professionally manicured in no time. Preparing flowerbeds, creating new compost piles, raking the lawn and picking those unwanted weeds are all things that will help your yard transition easily into spring.
Think colorfully – Whether you’re adding a new set of throw pillows to your patio furniture or planting a new bed of tulips, brightening up your color palette will be sure to give you spring fever.
Water garden – An easy way to add some flair to your outdoor garden is by adding a water garden. All you need is a large flower pot filled with water lilies and lily pads to create the perfect oasis for your outdoor space.
Naturally enjoyable – By adding a bird feeder or planting sweet nectar flowers, you’ll have the nature humming along as you enjoy the fresh air in your spring-ready yard.
