Over the weekend, Edward Andrews Homes teamed up with Ashton Woods to host a welcoming event for the entire community of new Marietta homes, Mabry Manor. We had over 100 new homeowners come out to meet one another, get to know their neighbors, and enjoy fun activities. With the beautiful weather, the all-outdoor event with fall festive décor made it a great setting for activities like a bounce house, face painting, corn hole, and talking and mingling at the community’s recently unveiled cabana house and amenity area. Guests enjoyed burgers, dogs, and fresh brownies and pies from The Varsity food truck, and more. Those who attended were also able to tour both model homes and design centers at their leisure, where cozy fires warmed the family room and outside back deck and entertaining area. Some also gathered around the backyard fire pit, so there were plenty of ways to keep warm in the fall chill. The whole event was a preview of how much our new residents will enjoy life at Mabry Manor!
It’s events like this that have helped us build relationships with homebuyers and residents to create not just another neighborhood, but a true community.
