Edward Andrews Homes welcomed Atlanta real estate professionals to join them for a professional real estate training seminar hosted by Starkey Mortgage and instructed by Curtis York, a highly experienced instructor of designation courses through The National Association of Realtors, on the topic of “Selling New Construction.”
This free, three-hour credited course for realtors was a wealth of knowledge that taught attendees tips to help guide them through every step of the construction process, from sale to closing. They learned everything from how to read a plat map to managing client expectations throughout the building process. 
This seminar also prepared agents to answer tough questions such as “What is taking so long with this construction process?” and “Why is the house next door being constructed while my client’s house hasn’t started yet?”
The class was held on Wednesday, Nov. 20 at the Mabry Manor model home at 2622 Lulworth Lane, Marietta, GA 30062. After meeting in the award-winning home for the three-hour seminar, agents toured the Mabry Manor home.
